Chester J. Millett, Jr. Outstanding Certified and Support Staff Awards 2025
The Chester J. Millett, Jr. Award is presented annually by the Abington School Committee to both a certified staff member and a support staff member who by her/his performance has demonstrated a willingness to assume responsibilities and perform deeds well above and beyond those normally expected, thereby distinguishing themselves by their great examples, dedication, perseverance, and commitment to helping students.
Below you will find a link for the nomination form for the Chester J. Millett, Jr. Outstanding Certified Staff and Support Staff Award for 2025 to be used by all community members including APS staff, parents, students, School Committee Members, and the community at-large. The link to the form is also available on the Abington Public Schools website.
The deadline for online submission is April 2 at Midnight.
The award recipients will be announced during Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week in May and presented at the “Back to School” district-wide staff meeting in August.
Please use the link below to nominate a certified staff member and/or support staff member. Feel free to nominate as many educators as you would like for this award (submit a new form for each).
