TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS FOR AHS GRADUATES
*Please note: every request for a transcript must be submitted by filling out the transcript request form.
AHS does not process transcripts verbally, in person, by phone or by leaving voicemails. The form must be completed.
Email address and fax to send back to AHS Guidance is on the form.
AHS does NOT provide copies of high school diplomas. By law, transcripts only must be retained.
