Dear Families,

Thank you for partnering to complete another positive, successful school year.

Right after MCAS testing wrapped up, the end of the school year has been a boatload of FUN! Third graders showcased their “Wild Weather” STEM projects for their families. As beginning researchers, they studied how to read and take notes to report interesting facts about hurricanes, tornados, blizzards and more! The Art Show took place all this week at the Abington Public Library. Our young, artists dazzled their audiences with a variety of mediums and entertaining perspectives. ESL Family Night was a huge success. The event included displays of student work, class performances, and individual talent performances. The 4th grade STEM event brought our Woodsdale families together to solve a STEM challenge. Students enjoyed a variety of activities ranging from floating a boat of dinosaurs, to making a marble run, to creating a life size marble maze.

We are ending the year with big smiles. Wishing you a happy and safe summer.

Obrigado pela parceria para concluir mais um ano letivo positivo e de sucesso.

Logo após o término dos testes MCAS, o final do ano letivo foi cheio de DIVERSÃO! Os alunos da terceira série apresentaram seus projetos STEM “Wild Weather” para suas famílias. Como pesquisadores iniciantes, eles estudaram como ler e fazer anotações para relatar fatos interessantes sobre furacões, tornados, nevascas e muito mais! A Mostra de Arte aconteceu durante toda esta semana na Biblioteca Pública de Abington. Nossos jovens artistas deslumbraram seu público com uma variedade de meios e perspectivas divertidas. ESL Family Night foi um grande sucesso. O evento incluiu exibições de trabalhos de alunos, apresentações de classe e performances de talentos individuais. O evento STEM da 4ª série reuniu nossas famílias de Woodsdale para resolver um desafio STEM. Os alunos desfrutaram de uma variedade de atividades que vão desde flutuar em um barco de dinossauros, correr com bolinhas de gude e criar um labirinto de bolinhas de gude em tamanho real.
