AMS 2024-2025 Clubs and Activities

Every year Abington Middle School offers a robust selection of after-school enrichment opportunities for students. These selections vary from year to year based on student and staff interests. On Tuesday, October 1, 2024 AMS after-school club registration forms will be sent home with students during advisory. The payment and signed registration forms are due back to the AMS main office by Friday, October 18, 2024. After school clubs will begin Monday, October 21, 2024 and run into the spring. (Running Club will run through December, weather permitting). The clubs being offered are:

• Grs. 5 - 8 Minecraft Club

• Grs. 5 - 8 Yoga, Mindfulness & Meditation Club

• Grs. 5 - 8 Running Club

• Grs. 5 & 6 Homework & Fun Club

• Grs. 5 & 6 Building Club (Limited to the first 15)

• New Club as of 12/2024 - AMS Yearbook Club - If you love art, photography, writing, or using your computer skills, then this is the club for you! This club is free and all students in grades 5 - 8 are welcome. Yearbook Club meets every other Wednesday. If you have any questions, please email Ms. Roach at samantharoach@abingtonps.org. Meetings are 2:30pm to 3:30pm. Prompt pick-up please.

There is a one-time $50.00 fee for participating in any after school enrichment opportunity. Students may participate in multiple clubs, but only need to pay that fee once. We want to make sure that all students have a chance to participate.
