Health and Wellness
Health Education courses are designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills that lead to positive attitudes and behaviors that support lifelong health. Courses focus on emerging health concepts and issues, as well as current research on effective health practices and the motivational strategies to change unhealthy behaviors.
