AMS PTO GRS. 7&8 SKI TRIP
TO PATS PEAK MOUNTAIN
 
As of today (12/4), there is one spot left on the bus for the AMS PTO Ski Trip. If your child would like a guaranteed spot to attend the ski trip, email Katie Williamson at klp52@hotmail.com to reserve your spot.
 
Once the bus is full, students will be placed on a wait list for a possible additional bus. Deadline for registrations for the additional bus is Friday, December 20, 2019. We would need at least 25 students to add the second bus.
 
Please email if interested before sending in your deposit to ensure there is still a spot or to be put on the wait list for the possible additional bus.
 
AMS PTO Ski Trip is Saturday, January 25, 2020
at Pats Peak Mountain in NH
  
Abington Middle School PTO will be sponsoring a day ski trip for interested students in Grades 7 and 8 on January 25, 2020.
 
Spots are limited to the first 50 students to reserve their spot. If enough student interest (~80) we would possibly take 2 buses. Chaperones will be AMS teachers.  
 
Spots can be reserved by emailing klp52@hotmail.com and submitting a deposit the  following school day. Deposit of $50 required to reserve your spot.
Checks to be made payable to AMS PTOMoney orders and cashier checks preferred.
 
Day of Trip: Students are to arrive at AMS at 5:30 am to board the bus
Bus departs promptly if not before 6am. Students will arrive at Pats Peak Mountain in NH ~8am. Rentals, equipment ,and lessons will be situated. Student check in and lunch at noon. Afternoon skiing. Students meet at 3:30pm to prepare for departure. Bus will depart the mountain at 4pm and arrive back at AMS ~6:30pm.
 
Total Cost per Student will be:
Beginner levels (1-4 with mandatory lesson) + all mountain lift ticket + rental: $140
Experienced level lift + rental + helmet only: $120
Experienced level lift + lesson only: $120
Experienced levels (level 5-9) lift ticket only: $85
 
Registration is First Come First Serve
Deadline date of 12.20.19
 
Students can bring a bagged lunch or money to purchase lunch at the mountain.
 
No experience required to attend. Lessons are mandatory for beginner levels.
 
Students bringing own equipment will be responsible for looking after and transporting equipment on and off the bus.
