Dear Parents and Guardians of Grade 8 Students, 
 
We have continued to work with Direct Travel to provide a better refund for families that had paid for the cancelled Philadelphia field trip. Direct Travel has agreed to provide an additional refund of $100.00 per registered student. You do not need to request this additional refund. It will be automatically provided to the same account. The additional refunds will be processed on April 21, 2020. 
 
If you would rather keep the voucher and not receive the additional $100.00 refund, you will need to email Jennifer Keys, General Manager at Direct Travel, at jkesays@dt.com by Friday, April 17, 2020.
