Dear Parent or Caregiver,

Today an email was sent to families who have children 12-15 years of age, using the email address provided to the schools on your student's Basic Information Forms. This email invited students 12-15 years of age to voluntarily sign-up for a Pfizer COVID19 vaccine sponsored through a collaborative effort between the Abington Health Department, Fire Department and School Department.

If you have a student who is 12-15 years old and you did not receive the email, please contact Abington Health Director, Marty Golightly- mgolightly@abingtonma.gov,; Public Health Nurse, Lindsey Wright - lwright@abingtonma.govor APS COVID Lead Nurse/AHS/AEEP Nurse, Sarah LaPointe - sarahlapointe@abingtonps.org

Again, this is completely voluntary and available to students 12-15 years old.

Thank you,

Peter Schafer
